I originally began my business to feed my family and put my kids through college. Even at that time, living in the affluent South Bay was becoming increasingly expensive—so while my husband worked to keep a roof over our heads, I turned to real estate to help my family thrive. I became an appraiser in 1992 and a seller in 1994.
After a short time in the business, I realized that real estate was so much more than a means to a financial end. It was a chance to help people when they needed it most. Over and over, I met people who didn’t know what to do when it came to buying, selling, financing, or—during financially difficult times—keeping their properties. Without a caring expert on their side, vulnerable people were left to make uninformed decisions during one of the most important transactions of their lives.

I built my business with the express purpose of offering the highest level of expertise and support to each person I work with. Every client’s situation is unique, and presents an opportunity to help them through an exciting, highly complex part of their family’s journey.

Real estate is complicated, but working with me isn’t.
Behind the scenes, every transaction requires an average of 22 people completing approximately 250 steps. It’s a highly coordinated effort that enlists a small army of coordinators, home inspectors, painters, roofers, termite inspectors, title and escrow professionals, lenders and appraisers, all working in carefully-timed unison.
I offer my clients the best customer experience by ensuring that everything that needs doing is getting done—without them having to think about it. Working with me means you’ll experience a simplified process that allows you to focus on a few (important) areas of the transaction.
